How to Survive as A Junior?
Being a junior (assistant professor, aka AP) is the most stressful experience ever. We have the peer pressure from our own colleges. We also have pressure to publish our papers (which takes forever to publish) and we have the pressure to balance between our family and our work. In this talk, I will share my own experience of how to conduct academic research and how to write an academic article. Once the paper is submitted to journals, then I will also discuss how to handle revise and resubmission. I will also share my own experience of how to deal with acceptance and rejection.
